Service Scope: We provide professional repair, installation, and maintenance services for Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Microwaves, and Refrigerators.
Inspection Charges: A mandatory visiting/inspection fee is applicable if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after the initial diagnosis.
Approval & Payment: Repairs will only begin after the customer's verbal or written approval of the estimated cost. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Limited Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on our labor and specific replaced parts. This warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by any third party after our service.
Liability: Global Service India is not responsible for pre-existing internal damages, food loss in refrigerators, or damages caused by voltage fluctuations and external factors.
Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellations made after the technician has reached the site will incur standard visiting charges.
