Appliance Service Centre is an independent third-party repair service. We are NOT authorized by or affiliated with brands like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, etc. Logos are used for identification only.

Welcome to appliance service centre. By booking a service via customerservicecenter.org, you agree to the following terms.

Inspection Charges

Minimum Visit Fee
₹299/- INR

Covers travel & professional diagnosis

• The ₹299 fee is applicable for every service visit.

• Our technician will provide a Final Total Estimate after inspecting the machine.

• We will inform you of the estimated cost before arrival.

Warranty & Liability

• We specialize in Out-of-Warranty repairs. If your machine is under company warranty, please contact the brand directly.

• Any warranty on parts/labor is provided solely byAppliance service centre  not the manufacturer.

• We are not liable for delays due to spare part unavailability.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand only, regardless of the service location.
